The hotel staff had excellent command of English. I appreciated the thoughtful service. A detailed map of nearby food options was handed out right away. The hotel is super convenient, right across from the Furano train station. There's also a supermarket just behind the hotel. My room had a fantastic corner view of the ski resort, a treat, especially from the shower. The decor felt a bit dated. The air conditioning was a bit annoying, constantly cycling on and off at inconvenient times, and the lack of blackout curtains meant I was woken up too early by the bright morning light. I also found the laundry facilities to be lacking. Only two washing machines meant I had to wait too long to use them. Nonetheless, the western breakfast was pleasant. I'd consider returning, but a few updates could make it even better.

This is a great looking and pretty standard hotel with competent staff at reception desk. The location is central, so close to great restaurants nearby, Furano, terms of social gathering point, and bus transportation.

Hotel staff are friendly, courteous and could speak English, which was a delight. We rented a car in Hokkaido for our free & easy trip and did not have the telephone numbers of a shop that we wanted to visit in Furano. The staff helped to get the telephone number and called the shop to check the opening hours for us :) Beds are clean and comfortable, toilet is also clean.

Hotel staff are friendly, they are good in English and easy to communicate. In the 1st day of my trip, my sunglasses were missed at the hotel. Hotel staff couriered it to my another hotel in Sapporo immediately. Their thoughtful service embodied their professional and made travellers at home.

Spacious rooms with fine views
Our family of five enjoyed our stay . The beautiful twin room was spacious, nice for great comfort even with an extra bed. The views from our corner unit on the top floor were amazing. Staff were kind and responsive, helping with local dining and providing a detailed city map upon request.
The hotel rates during the summer felt quite high, especially for families with a car, as parking options nearby could be more affordable. While the hot springs were a nice feature, they were too small to accommodate larger groups comfortably.

Really nothing. I think is overly-rated. Location is perfect for people who come to Furano by jr train, because it is directly opposite the hotel.
I hate the room! I stayed a double room and the room is sooooooooo small. Can you imagine the washing basin is right outside the toilet and not in the toilet? The bed is sooooo tiny, not a king size bed for sure. For the kind of high pricing, really not worth it. Please don't take the Japanese breakfast cos there are much better breakfast at other places.

Very near to furano station. The bed is comfortable, I had a nice sleep after a tiring day.
Doesn't like the room design. Nothing to see/do at furano after evening. If possible, hotel shoul provide some facility.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

It is in a great location, within a walking distance from the train station. The personnel are excellent as they take pride to speak a foreign language, in particular for our case, English, and they are very helpful. The only reproach that we can make is for a daily cost of over 200 dollars a day, the hotel doesn't have a pool with natural hot spring water.
