I had a really enjoyable stay at the Natulux Hotel in Furano. The hotel staff had excellent command of English, making check-in easy. I appreciated the thoughtful service. a detailed map of nearby food options was handed out right away. The hotel is super convenient, right across from the Furano train station. There's also a supermarket just behind the hotel. My room had a fantastic corner view of the ski resort, which was a treat, especially from the shower. However, the decor felt a bit dated. The air conditioning was a bit annoying, constantly cycling on and off at inconvenient times, and the lack of blackout curtains meant I was woken up too early by the bright morning light. I also found the laundry facilities to be lacking. only two washing machines meant I had to wait too long to use them. Nonetheless, the western breakfast was pleasant. I'd consider returning, but a few updates could make it even better.

Spacious rooms with stunning views

Our family of five enjoyed our stay immensely. The deluxe twin room was incredibly spacious, allowing for great comfort even with an extra bed. The views from our corner unit on the top floor were simply breathtaking, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Furano. Staff were exceptionally kind and responsive, helping with local dining and providing a detailed city map upon request.

However, the hotel rates during the summer felt quite high, especially for families with a car, as parking options nearby could be more affordable. Additionally, while the hot springs were a nice feature, they were too small to accommodate larger groups comfortably.

Would recommend for a short stay

The room was clean and spacious, and I loved how conveniently located the hotel was, just a short walk from the train station. The staff were incredibly attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed.

No significant downsides.

I stayed in the Double Room, Non-Smoking and it was pretty comfy! The room was clean and had a modern feel, with nice wooden accents. I loved the view of the mountains—such a nice touch! But the air conditioning ran a bit warm, which was annoying. Also, the lack of blackout curtains meant I woke up too early. Still, it had a good vibe overall!

I had a fantastic stay, enjoying the spacious apartment and the cozy wooden decor. The breakfast each morning was a real highlight, so delicious! Unfortunately, the dryer didn't work well. I'd definitely return!

The location is incredibly convenient for our large family, being just a short walk from the train station. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the common areas, and the modern design throughout the hotel was an added plus. The breakfast options were quite delicious and varied.
